This assessment is used to evaluate 5 categories of PMO capabilities: Project Management, Performance Management, Career Development and Training, Portfolio Governance, and Strategic Alignment. This is used to assist with identifying opportunities and evaluate existing services inside or outside of the PMO that could become future PMO services.
Change IMPACT Assessment
This is used to determine the size of the change, and therefore, the level of support and resources required for the change.

This assessment is used to understand your current capacity and capability to lead this change.
This assessment is used to determine your sponsor’s ability to change and the engagement with the change process.
This is used to determine your stakeholder groups’ readiness for the change and ability to support you through the change process.
