You get both private and group coaching with Laura in the coaching forum and in the group coaching sessions. Laura will communicate with you privately in your private workspace, as well as review your PMO deliverables. She answers questions in the coaching group forum and on the live group coaching sessions and in our live guest speaker sessions, as well.

Group coaching participants will have plenty of opportunities to get direct feedback from Laura and your peers on your particular PMO scenario and to answer any questions about the course or applying the techniques in your organization.
