This PMP® Test Preparation program is designed to prepare you to pass the PMP® certification exam.

This program includes a full PMBoK course that is different than most courses in that it’s designed specifically to give you REAL-WORLD scenarios to address how you would apply these topics and concepts in your own environment.

This case-study based course is designed specifically to teach students to pass the PMP exam without memorization.  We teach the course in such a way that students are not doing the “cram to exam” approach which only puts learning into short-term memory. To ensure a significant return on investment for the Client, we leverage a case study-based teaching method that emphasizes a service-based mindset to project delivery so that students can relate to and apply these techniques in a thoughtful way to their real-world environment, thereby increasing their value to the organization and clients immediately.

Students learn the bigger picture, understanding the “Why?” behind each process, the linkages between them, and how to apply these techniques in the most effective way to ensure the organization and clients achieve the expected outcomes, not just outputs.

In addition to achieving the 35 contact hours required to sit for the PMP exam, students are provided access to PMO Strategies’ online Comprehensive PMP Training and Preparation Program which includes an exam simulator, custom online study tools, and 70+ PMP training videos.

Upon successful completion of this course, students are fully prepared to excel on the PMP exam and armed with the knowledge and skills to improve their management of projects going forward. They will also be aware of any areas they want to explore further inside the included online training before taking the exam.
