– How long are sessions? 60 minutes
– When do sessions expire? They expire within one year of purchase and can be used as long as your IMPACT Accelerator Mastermind membership is active.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment for each session must be paid in advance of the coaching session.
COMMITMENT:
Coaching in the IMPACT Accelerator Mastermind is a part of an ongoing relationship between PMO Strategies and the Client and is therefore only offered to active IMPACT Accelerator Mastermind members and only valid with an active IMPACT Accelerator Mastermind membership. There are no long term commitments beyond the packages and membership program purchased.
CLIENT UNDERSTANDING:
- I agree to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully in coaching.
- I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental and emotional well-being during my coaching calls, including my choices and decisions.
- I am aware that I can choose to discontinue coaching at any time. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.
- I understand that coaching is a Professional-Client relationship I have with my coach that is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
- I understand that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of my life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. I acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching into those areas, and implement my choices is exclusively my responsibility.
- I understand that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and I will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
- I understand that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other qualified professionals. I will seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters. I understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively mine and I acknowledge that my decisions and my actions regarding them are my sole responsibility.
COACHING SESSION PROCEDURES:
All coaching sessions are conducted by video conference and booked in the online scheduling tool at least 24 hours in advance.
At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Coach on the agreed upon meeting link. The Coach and Client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the Client is more than 15 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is canceled and the Client will forfeit the session fee and time allotted for that session.
In between coaching sessions, the client may contact the Coach using the Private Workspace feature inside the IMPACT Accelerator Mastermind Coaching Platform (upcoach).
CONFIDENTIALITY:
The coaching relationship is built on trust. The Coach agrees to keep all conversations and information with the Client private and confidential. No personal ideas, information, or thoughts expressed will be shared with anyone except with the permission of the Client.
This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound to confidentiality but is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like in Medicine or Law).
The Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent.
Confidential information does not include information that: (a) was in the Coach’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Client’s industry; (c) is obtained by the Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; (d) is independently developed by the Coach without the use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (e) that the Coach is required by law to disclose.
According to the ethics of our profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, further professional development, and/or for consultation purposes.
COACHING PACKAGES:
The Client receives the appropriate number of 60-minute video conference coaching sessions or the Client can use multiple hours of the block for a single session, if scheduled in advance and agreed upon by Client and Coach. Supplemental email support is also provided using only the Private Sessions feature inside the IMPACT Accelerator Mastermind coaching platform.
PURCHASED SESSION VALIDITY:
To encourage Clients to take full advantage of the sessions they’ve purchased, they must be used within one year from purchase. If this is not possible, notify PMO Strategies support to make other arrangements.
As these private coaching sessions are an exclusive benefit of the IMPACT Accelerator Mastermind, purchased coaching sessions are no longer valid if the Client cancels their Mastermind membership and any unused sessions as of the time of the expiration of the Mastermind membership will not be refunded. The Client is encouraged to schedule and complete all paid coaching sessions before canceling the Mastermind membership. The Client will have until the date of their last active Mastermind membership cycle to complete all prepaid private coaching sessions. The Client must allow a minimum of one month from the time the membership will be canceled to schedule remaining private sessions.
MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY:
Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled sessions. Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting. The Client will rebook the appointment using the online scheduler. Last minute cancellations will forfeit the hour unless there is an emergency. One emergency waiver allowed every six months.
TERMINATION:
Either the Client or the Coach may terminate the private coaching sessions. Funds for unused sessions will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee to cover non-reimbursable payment processor transaction fees and processing.
LIMITED LIABILITY:
Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the Coach and PMO Strategies make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Coach be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.
This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
