Course Overview
This four-day, hands-on course takes you through the full IMPACT Engine System, the proven six-stage framework outlined in The IMPACT Engine by Laura Barnard.
You’ll learn how to identify real challenges, engage stakeholders, design PMO services that solve business problems, and build delivery plans that show visible results. With case studies, group discussions, and ready-to-use tools, you’ll leave feeling confident and ready to apply what you’ve learned.
The course is delivered in a virtual format, running over four morning sessions from 9am to 1pm EST each day. Virtual classroom training takes place live with an instructor and other learners, and you’ll be able to see and hear them throughout the session. All you need to join is a stable broadband connection, a webcam, and a microphone.

Pre-Requisites

Exam and Certification
The final exam includes 50 multiple-choice questions administered by PMO Strategies. You’ll receive a voucher after the course to schedule your exam online at your convenience, either the same day or later.
Participation Requirements
Attendance at all four sessions is required to complete the certification. Individual sessions cannot be purchased separately, and partial attendance will not count toward course completion.
