But what exactly does the word mean – apart from something “more” than we are doing now with projects? In this session we will learn more about why clearly defined outcomes address many of the issues we have with project execution.

ALEXANDRA CHAPMAN
Alex is a 40-years-plus veteran who started her career in IT when Cobol was the main programming language!
She travelled the world installing banking software packages in the 1980s and then – because she wanted a seat at the table framing organisational strategy – did an MBA in 1988 and made the shift to focus on strategy execution through projects.
With her late husband Jed Simms, Alex pioneered the focus on Value enabled by outcomes thinking.
