A small business consulting company headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, faced the challenge of helping small and medium-sized businesses attain cash incentives from Federal and State governments through the Employee Retention Credit Program. However, as the program is sunsetting, Innovation Refunds needed to create a PMO that could help them deliver on their strategic goals while embarking on a journey of transformation.
With approximately 600 employees, the company recognized the need to optimize its Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to drive a higher return on investment and achieve business outcomes more efficiently.
