Driving Organizational Change: PMO Strategies Partners with the Intergovernmental Organization

The Intergovernmental Organization engaged PMO Strategies to support two key initiatives: developing an integrated framework to monitor HR authority delegations, and implementing a change management program to transition staff to a more consultative HR model.
