BARBARA TRAUTLEIN, PHD

Barbara A. Trautlein, PhD is author of the book Change Intelligence and principal of Change Catalysts. She created the CQ® System for Developing Change Intelligence® to build change leadership capability – and every project is a change so every project manager is a change leader! For over 30 years, she’s used the system to coach executives, train leaders at all levels, certify change agents, and facilitate mission-critical projects. Clients served include Abbott Laboratories, BP, Cisco, Deloitte, the NYPD, and Save the Children. Barbara holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.
