EMAN DEABIL, PFMP, DIPESG
Eman Deabil is a Bahraini transformation management leader with 15+ years of diversified experience. Throughout her career, she has interacted and engaged with Boards and senior management (c-suite) and she demonstrated her ability to advise top management, lead cross functional teams, and successfully manage transformational projects.
Eman is a doctoral student examining the moderating role of PMO on the relationship between ESG adoption and organizational performance. She’s a chartered manager (CMI), the first Bahraini lady who obtained the PMI-PfMP, the first Bahraini who obtained SIP, and the first Bahraini who obtained Diploma in ESG from CGI.
Eman is an award-winning professional; in 2024, she got the AACE award (outstanding woman in project controls). Eman is a speaker and a published author.
