Throughout my 17 year career in IT and 14 in project management, I have learned that most portfolio, program, and project management strategies are written as if we live in a perfect world. Since we don’t, I’ve learned how to adapt PM processes to create strategies that solve problems existing in the real world. I now enjoy the opportunity to coach and train project managers on my Process Alchemist strategy developed over the past several years of real world project management experience.
