Brian Pook is an International Project Executive with over 20+ years of experience in project portfolio management. With a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability, Brian has a proven track record in creating and delivering business value through his leadership in global enterprise PMO, Project Office and Project lifecycle management.

His expertise spans across various industries, including mining, smelting, chemicals, mineral processing, and recycling operations in regions such as Australia, Southeast Asia, South America, and Europe.

Brian’s key focus is to maximise the return on investment by connecting the business strategy, value drivers, portfolio management, and project execution with the aggregated business outcomes.

He has held senior project management positions at leading companies including MMG, Orica, and Iluka Resources. Currently, he is employed as the General Manager of Projects at Alpha HPA, where he is accountable for the delivery of Australia’s first High-Purity Alumina facility in Queensland.
