Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with PMO Strategies you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. PMO Strategies retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be PMO Strategies or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party PMO Strategies is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

(c) Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

(d) Refund Policy

Product and course refund policies vary by course, product, and payment plan type and are listed on each course page if they do not follow the general policy. Generally, once you have accessed all of the course content, you may not request a refund unless it is a course that has a specific satisfaction guarantee or work submission requirement for a refund to be processed. Payment for the Consultant Mentorship program is a nonrefundable service once access to the platform and content has been provided.

To request a refund for courses that allow refunds, contact our care team according to the specific instructions on that course page, if outlined. Please include your account user id and full name in the request, as well as the course you wish to cancel. For courses with recurring payment plans, you must contact us a minimum of 3 business days prior to the renewal date to prevent further billing. See (f) Cancelling Your Membership or Course Subscription for more information.

Membership and Coaching Subscriptions do not offer refunds, but you may cancel your subscription at any time and avoid future payments. See (f) Cancelling Your Membership or Course Subscription for more information.

IMPACT Engine System Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided if the program fails to deliver as promised. To be eligible for our 30-day Money Back Guarantee, you must submit proof that you did the assignments, applied the teaching in your organization by conducting the tasks described in each of the lessons, and that doing so did not work to achieve the results described in the program. Refunds are not provided for a change in business direction or other event outside of our control, however because this program is a one time purchase with ongoing access, you can use this program anytime in the future. The access belongs to the organization or person that makes the purchase, therefore an individual purchasing this program maintains this access where a company purchase stays with the company unless they reassign to the individual at the time of departure.

There are no refunds for the IMPACT Accelerator Mastermind Membership program.

(e) Shared Access

All accounts and purchases are single use only. You may not share login credentials or otherwise provide viewing or access to any information inside your account or to your products or services provided by PMO Strategies. Each user that requires access will be given unique login credentials upon receipt of payment for the required content. Shared accounts are subject to immediate closure without a refund.

(f) Suspending or Canceling Your Membership or Course Subscription

Note: Cancelling your Membership on the My Account page Membership tab does not cancel your Membership Subscription. All cancellations for the Membership Subscription should be made via the Subscription tab inside the My Account page of the Membership Site.

All Membership and Course subscriptions must be suspended or canceled online via the My Account page Subscriptions tab.

The only valid method for suspending or canceling your Membership or Recurring Course subscription is via the Suspend or Cancel links on your My Account Subscriptions tab, accessible after logging in to the Membership Website. Take the following steps to view and modify your subscriptions:

  1. Click My Account from the Member Welcome area of the website or visit: https://pmostrategies.com/my-account.
  2. Click the Subscriptions tab.
  3. Click View button for the Subscription you want to modify.
  4. Click Suspend if you wish to pause your subscription. Suspending your subscription will stop access to the Membership or Course subscription-based content at the next renewal date.
  5. Click Cancel to cancel the subscription. Canceling your subscription stops all future payments and you will lose access after the current billing cycle completes.
  6. Click Resubscribe to restart your subscription.
  7. Click Change Payment to change how you pay your recurring subscription fees.
  8. Click Renew Now to move ahead to your next payment now to start accessing the next month’s membership benefits and credits.

The support team is not allowed to process requests to pause or cancel by chat, e-mail, or phone. The only valid way to cancel or pause your subscription is using the steps above.

Once you cancel your subscription, you will not lose access immediately. You will lose access to the paid portions of the Membership or Course on the last day of your paid subscription.

Your Membership or Course access will continue through the end of your current charge cycle.

For example: If your credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on April 25th, you will not lose access until May 10th.
