PMO Strategies Questions

Here are answers to our most commonly asked questions.

  1. Begin by navigating to https://pmostrategies.com/my-account and entering your user name and password. You can also request a new password if you are unable to recall this information.
  2. Once logged in, you will notice “Member Welcome” in the navigation bar at the top right of your browser, hover over “Member Welcome” and a drop down menu will appear with your options.

If you have implemented the recommended steps and are still getting an error OR are unable to see the content you should have access to, you may need to clear your cache.

You can get the PDU reporting instructions here. Make sure you keep your registration confirmation email for the webinar as proof of attendance for an audit.

The webinars are available to Free Inner Circle members with 48-hour complementary access. Once you have completed that Checkout process, you can easily access all your training at any time from the Dashboard in the top menu of the website. You will only see the Dashboard menu item when you are logged in.

Your Active and Completed courses will be listed on the Dashboard page, as well as the percent complete towards in-progress training.  You can also see your completed quiz grades, as well as re-set the lessons to review them again and again. Make sure to check out your Course Certificates upon course completion. Download these PDF certificates to retain for your records and report PDUs/CEUs.

Please make sure you do the following steps:

  1. Go to the course
  2. Click on the lesson
  3. Go to the video portion and hover the mouse over the video until you see a play button
  4. Click the play button. It might start you over at the beginning, but it should allow you to play the video.

Your templates are available under the Members Area that you will see once you login to your account.

First, confirm that you are logged into your membership. You should see the word Logout on the upper right of the page if you are properly logged in.

If you are not logged in, please go to My Account to login.

If you are logged in, the next thing to try is clearing your cache. Here are instructions to do so: http://www.refreshyourcache.com.

If you purchased a workshop or the VIP Experience, you will find the invoice on your My Account page.

Just login to your account and click on Orders on the left side then you can print the invoice from that page or view the order and download or print the invoice from the Order Detail page.

The login information will be the login information you provided when you completed your order. You can also use the email address associated with your order as the user ID.

If you do not remember your password, click Lost your password? to reset it.
