Membership and Training Support FAQs

Here are answers to our most commonly asked questions.

The Inner Circle Mastermind group is a benefit for all our members and takes place inside our private LinkedIn group. Simply request to join and we will add you. You must have a LinkedIn account and be logged in to be able to access the content.

To access all your membership benefits, you simply click “Login” on the upper right-hand corner of this website. If you do not remember your password, you can click “Forgot Password” to reset it.

To access the Inner Circle Mastermind inside the membership site, simply click Inner Circle on any of the membership pages or select Inner Circle from the Members Area drop down menu.

  1. Begin by navigating to your My Account area and entering your user name and password. You can also request a new password if you are unable to recall this information.
  2. Once logged in, you will notice “Members Area” in the navigation bar at the top right of your browser, hoover over “Members Area” and a drop down menu will appear with your options.

If you have implemented the recommended steps and are still getting an error OR are unable to see the content you should have access to, you may need to clear your cache.

You can get the PDU reporting instructions here. Make sure you keep your registration confirmation email for the webinar as proof of attendance for an audit.

 Once you have completed that Checkout process, you can easily access all your training at any time from Member Welcome drop down or My Account dashboard.

You can go to My Account or simply click “Login” on the upper right-hand corner of this website to access all your account details on the account dashboard, including your courses. Click on the My Courses link to see all of your courses or click My Courses from the Members Area drop down.

Your enrolled courses will be listed on the My Courses page, as well as other courses you might want to check out. You can also see your completed quiz grades, as well as re-set the lessons to review them again and again. Make sure to check out your Course Certificates upon course completion. Download these PDF certificates to retain for your records and report PDUs/CEUs.

Just go to this page https://pmostrategies.com/my-account/lost-password and reset your password following the onscreen instructions.

Please make sure you do the following steps:

  1. Go to the course by clicking on Courses in the Members Area drop down (you must be logged in)
  2. Click on the courses
  3. Go to the video portion and hover the mouse over the video until you see a play button
  4. Click the play button. It might start you over at the beginning, but it should allow you to play the video. You can drag the video forward to the place where you last left off. You must watch the entire video in order to see the next lesson or quiz in the course.

In order to access the included membership templates, you must be logged in when you access the templates page. You will know you are logged in when you see the option to login on the My Account drop down in the upper right menu. You will also see a “Members Area” menu item when you are logged in. When you click on the Members Area drop down you can see “Templates and Tools”. That page has all of the templates based on your membership.

First, confirm that you are logged into your membership. You should see the “Members Area” menu item on the upper right of the page if you are properly logged in.

If you are not logged in, please go to My Account to login.

If you are logged in, the next thing to try is clearing your cache. Here are instructions to do so: http://www.refreshyourcache.com.
