097: The Googled PMO

It is so easy to jump online and do a quick search when we need the answer to something. I do it all the time! However, with all the information out there about PMOs, how do you know if what you’re looking for is going to take you down the right path or set you up for a lot of frustration and spinning in circles. 

This week, we’re looking at the pros and cons of Googling your way to a PMO. We’ll look at ways you can use it to help you and how to know if the information you’re looking at is really going to help.
